Young Leaders

We believe that leadership is for everyone.

Our Young Leaders programme encourages pupils to take responsibility, support others and contribute positively to the life of the school. Through a range of leadership opportunities, pupils develop skills that will benefit them throughout their education and beyond.

Young Leaders have opportunities to:

• Act as positive role models
• Support younger pupils
• Lead activities and events
• Promote wellbeing and inclusion
• Develop confidence and independence
• Work collaboratively to improve school life

These experiences help children develop self-belief, responsibility and a genuine understanding of service and contribution.
