ZAP assertiveness training is for children and young people aged 9-15 who have been bullied and want to learn effective ways to be assertive.
ZAP is fun and a safe place for children to learn new ways of dealing with bullying. Subjects covered include: body language, confidence building and verbal assertiveness techniques.
